At Elevate Training, our centres in Bury and Warrington provide a supportive learning environment where students receive care, guidance, and meaningful investment in their education. This approach is designed to be transformative for learners. Our alternative provision programmes support students aged 11 to 16, with clear progression pathways into post-16 opportunities.

Our mission is to widen the learning and vocational training options available to young people today. We do this by providing the best possible learning environment — one that is practical, inclusive, and tailored to each individual’s needs and ambitions.
We believe education should open doors, not close them. Whether a learner comes to us disengaged from school, in need of extra support, or simply looking for a more hands-on path to employment, we are here to help them find their way forward.
What Makes Us Different
We work with learners on a one-to-one basis, building trust and understanding what motivates each person. Our courses span automotive, construction, hair & beauty, and functional skills, cooking — all designed to lead somewhere real, whether that’s an apprenticeship, employment, or further education.
We work closely with referring schools, local authorities, families, and the learners themselves to build a clear, agreed plan with the right support in place at every step.
